Server log files: each time the website is accessed, data is collected by an automated system: browser type and version, operating system, internet service provider, IP address, date and time of access, referrer, and pages visited. This data is processed to deliver the website's contents, ensure the functionality of our IT systems and optimize the website, and is stored separately from other personal data. 5. Cookies and third-party services

This website does not set its own analytics or advertising cookies. Typefaces, animation libraries and images are served from our own server; no resources are loaded from external providers. RFP form submissions are processed on our own server and forwarded to us by email, with no third parties involved; together with the form data, the IP address and time of submission are recorded to prevent abuse of the form. The website is hosted in a data center in Germany (ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Friedersdorf), which acts as a processor.

6. Sharing of personal data

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties, except: (a) with service providers who assist us in our operations (such as the hosting provider mentioned above), and (b) where required by law or to protect our rights, in which case we may share information with the competent authorities.
